LEGAL AGE REQUIREMENT
Any gift box being shipped containing alcohol must be signed for by an adult that is 21 years or older. No exceptions. Alcohol shipments are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" stipulation, and the common carrier used for delivery is required to ask for and verify ID before delivering merchandise. Many of our customers select to have shipments sent to a business address in lieu of a residential address to avoid missed delivery attempts.
RETURNED SHIPMENTS
It is the recipient's responsibility to receive the shipment in a timely matter. If for whatever reason the shipment is returned back to sender, the outbound shipping fee is non-refundable. Additionally, customers may incur additional charges for cost of return of shipment.
INTERSTATE SHIPPING
All merchandise from Fountain Greetings LLC is sold in New Jersey and title passes to buyer in New Jersey. By placing your order, you authorize Fountain Greetings LLC to engage a common carrier on your behalf to deliver the merchandise to your specified address. We make no representation as to the legal right of anyone to ship or import wines into any state or country outside of New Jersey. When selecting to ship to another state, you assume all responsibility for determining whether you may lawfully import alcoholic beverages into that state. As interstate shipping laws are continually changing, please check with an appropriate agency before placing your order.

- We process ground shipments Monday-Friday and Express shipments Monday-Saturday
- Due to Covid-19 shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed by UPS, Fedex, or Fountain Greetings LLC.
- Express shipping methods are recommended for shipments with more rigid deadlines and time schedules.
- Please note: FedEx EXPRESS is typically delivered Monday-Friday (special arrangements must be made for Saturday delivery). Shipping Speed only counts week days, not weekends: ex, FedEx 2day picked up on a Thursday will arrive the following Monday. UPS & FEDEX GROUND is typically delivered Monday-Saturday, with no guarantee of timeframe or day.
PURCHASE ROUTE INSURANCE WHEN YOU ORDER
The option for Route insurance shows up as a separate line item in your shopping cart at time of purchase. We are using a third-party shipping insurance company to cover instances of shipments that are lost, damaged or stolen. In the case something goes amiss with the delivery, refer to the email from Routes and follow instructions for replacement or reimbursement. FedEx and UPS are not taking claims on the vast majority of shipments these days, which is why we are providing this option for our customers.
Please note that when you purchase Route Insurance you must contact Route Insurance, not Fountain Greetings LLC, to complete your claim and replacement.
